Tech-consultancy scope
 
Contract drafting
 
·Drafting detailed technical specifications for adding new benefit programs to the software tool
 ·Negotiating development and delivery timeline (including milestone setting and review)
 ·Defining roles, responsibilities, expectations of SF Works and our technology vendor in areas not limited to research, QA-testing, trouble-shooting protocols, product and service delivery
 ·Ensure all the necessary components of an IT-vendor-contract is included
 
2.Technology Evaluation
 
·Evaluate and make recommendations on new or existing technology tools including benefits enrollment software, CRM systems and databases, Tax
·Preparation/HR/payroll and other software programs used by individuals, businesses, nonprofits and government organizations.
·Help us understand backend integration capabilities between different systems.
